Shipping & Returns
Order Processing
All orders are shipped directly out of Hawaii. Please be sure that the billing address provided with your order is up to date as any discrepancy between the credit card number and the associated address can cause a delay or cancellation of your order.
Shipping www.123hawaiianshirts.com is only using FedEx as the carrier on most orders. The only exceptions are for orders less than $200 and the shipping address is either in Canada or United States. Orders shipped to Canada or United States over $200 will be using FedEx. FedEx is a reliable carrier known for their speed and on time delivery. FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box address or deliver on weekends and holidays. Someone will also need to sign for the package for it to be delivered. Please note it is important that you provide your correct shipping address with your order. FedEx charges a $10.00 service fee if you give a wrong address and this will be charged to your card.
Tax We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.712% to Hawaii residents only.
Returns Policy Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is very important to 123 Hawaiian Shirt. For any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@123hawaiianshirts.com as soon as possible. * 123 Hawaiian Shirt. will accept your request for refund within 15 days from your invoice date. No refund will be given after 15 days (postmarked date). * No refund for special custom made items, bulk orders and wholesale orders. * Customer is responsible for all the shipping fee. * Refund can only be credited to the original credit card account & a 20% re-stocking fee will apply to each items. * Item(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn. Upon examination, if the return item is not in its original condition ( damaged, discolor, stained ...)or missed 15 days return requirement, no refund will be credited to your account. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee. * Please pack and seal the item(s) to be returned securely in the original package (If possible), please include a copy of the invoice order and your credit card number and expired date (without your credit card information, we are unable to process your refund), a short notice for reason of returning. 123 Hawaiian shirt.com is not responsible for lost items. We recommends that you ship the item(s) to be returned via an insured carrier. *Your refund will be credited to your credit card account when your returned item(s) is processed and cleared. Exchange Policy 123 Hawaiian Shirts will gladly accept your request to exchange an item(s) within 15 days from your invoice date under the following condition: * Customers are responsible to make sure the sizes they order fits.
